Social Service Department

Director of the Social Service Department RAKUGI Hiromi

Striving for enhanced cooperation with medical facilities in the community and comprehensive patient services, the Community Health Care Promotion Office was formed in 1996. In 2001, this office was reformed into the Social Service Department. From the viewpoint of high-quality medical care services and enhancement of patients’ QOL, we strive to establish smooth and effective hospital-clinic/hospital-hospital cooperation (referral system).

Our department is composed of:

  • Department of Consulting (responsible for appointment service, appointment at the Second Opinion Outpatient Clinic, discharge support, medical and welfare counseling and regional medical liaison service)
  • Bedsore Management Team
  • Psychological Care Team
