Discharge Procedure
- When your doctor has approved your discharge, please follow the instructions of the registered nurse.
- Check that you have not left anything in the locker or bedside cabinet, and return the key to the locker at the nurse’s station.
- Present your patient registration card, health insurance card and each claimant certification for medical care at the Inpatients Reception, and receive a post-discharge Outpatient Reservation Form (including the Hospitalization Charges Payment Notice).
- If you are admitted to another insurance hospital institution within three months after you are discharged, you will need proof of your hospitalization period (discharge certificate). Contact the Inpatients Reception if you need a discharge certificate from this hospital.
