Visitation

Suspension of Visits as a Measure Against COVID-19 (In effect from October 2, 2023)

As of October 2nd, we have made changes to the method and place for visitations.

  • Visitors are limited to two persons of age 16 or older (family member or acquaintance).
  • Visiting hours are from 13:00 to 18:00, for up to 30 minutes.
  • Visits are limited to the day room, private rooms, and recovery rooms.
(Meetings cannot be held in a hospital room that is not a private room.)
[Delivery of daily necessities and explanation by a doctor]
  • You will not need to present a negative PCR test certificate, including when visiting to deliver daily necessities (limited to one family member) and to hear a doctor explain the medical situation.
[Precautions]
  • When entering the hospital, please sanitize your hands, take your temperature, and fill out the reception form in front of the Inpatients Reception on the 1st floor. Put on your visitor's tag, proceed to the ward and give the completed reception form to the staff there. After your visit, please return your visitor's tag on the 1st floor.
  • The video "Precautions When Visiting" are playing next to the elevator, so if you have not seen it, be sure to take a look.
  • Please wear a mask (preferably a non-woven mask) while in the hospital.
  • You may not enter the building with a face shield or eye shield.
  • You may not enter the building if you are unwell, such as with a fever, cough, nausea or diarrhea.

We ask all visitors to comply with these requirements in order to prevent infection of patients and medical staff.
