Please go directly to the reception counter of the clinical section where you have an appointment before the time written on the appointment card, and present your appointment card and patient registration card. No procedure is required at the repeat visitor reception machine or (3) Repeat Visitor Reception.

To change your appointment

Contact the appointments center no later than two days (excluding non-consultation days) before your existing appointment.
If you cannot visit the hospital on the appointed day, please contact the appointments center before 5:00 pm on the day of the missed appointment.
