Vending machine for prepaid card (only using TV, Refrigerator and Laundry)
The hospital's cashless payment system provides better service and convenience to patients. The prepaid card system simplifies payments and eliminates incidents such as cash theft.

Public Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi)
Handai Free Wi-Fi is available in wards and outpatient clinics. Please connect NTT Broad Point (SSID: Handai_HP_Free_Wi-Fi).
You can get a startup guide on the rack in Entrance hall, Inpatient's reception, or Staff station of each ward. If you can't find it, please ask Information or hospital staffs.
You can use your devices which emit radio waves, such as PCs or smartphones, in wards and outpatient clinics. However, when you are instructed to stop using them by hospital staff, please follow the instructions.

FamilyMart Osaka University Hospital Store
In addition to the usual selection of convenience store goods, this store has necessities for inpatients such as medical supplies, chopsticks, cups, basins, pajamas and underwear, as well as gifts and fruit. It also has an ATM, a copier, and a convenient multimedia terminal for making product purchases and ticket reservations.

Drug Store
The drug store offers a wide range of products, including drugs and hygiene products, medical devices such as self-monitoring blood glucose meters, elastic stockings, foods for restricted diets related to diabetes or kidney disease, nursing products, and baby products.
If you have any difficulties in the store, do not hesitate to ask a clerk for help.
(The drug store does not carry Class-1 drugs.)

The barber shop serves customers based on genuine skills, consideration and kindness. The barber accepts appointments and can visit patients in the wards. The shop is accessible to patients in wheelchairs or on intravenous drips (IVs).

Beauty Salon
The beauty salon offers counseling on a hairstyle that is just right for you as well as counseling for patients who need wigs for chemotherapy or a size adjustment. The salon can also pick up patients from hospital wards, visit patients in the wards, and accepts appointments.

Medical Bookstore
